Fictive food concept for a new innovative restaurant. The restaurant is called ''Seasoning'' which has a double meaning; namely improving a process, and the idea of only using ​​seasonal products. The ingredients are composed by the guest himself and the chef makes an exclusive meal with this. In this way food waste is prevented by a fully personalized meal.
